Want to know when your order will be shipped ?

We have produced a simple guide: Place an order BEFORE 1PM that day we will dispatch same day. This is only for Mon-Fri Any orders placed on Friday after 1PM, Sat and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. If you need a Saturday Delivery then please opt for this service at checkout. There is no delivery option for Sunday. If we cannot dispatch the same day we will let you know.

If your party is less than 3 days away please opt for a Next Day delivery to avoid disappointment. As our Royal Mail £3.95 service can sometimes take more than 3 days which is outside of our control like everyone else we are in the hands of Royal Mail once the orders have been dispatched.

Making  Purchase
Buying from Baby Celebrations is easy and stress free. Simply browse through the different categories that interest you  add the number of items where you see the "Add" box and when you finished adding these items on a page just click the "Add Selection To Cart" Button and this will place all your items in the basket. It is a much quicker system saving you time. If you see the "More Info" button this means there is selections to be made such as colours etc. Just click and make your selections and then add to cart. After you have finished your selection click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details for us to complete your order such as the billing address and shipping address. Finally you will go through a secure server via WorldPay to give your card detials to finish your order.

How much do I pay for delivery and postage to the UK?

Standard Delivery
All delivery to the UK is £3.95 for First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. All orders placed before 1PM will be dispatched the same day. Please note personalisations can take up to 24Hrs. Please call 01225 819988 to check. We always do our best to accomodate any special requests. Please allow between 1-3 (sometimes longer, a we have no control over Royal Mail) working Days for Delivery. The package will need a signature on arrival please ensure there is someone there to sign for the parcel. UK only

Free Delivery
Orders Over £55.00 are Free of charge to the UK via Standard Delivery. If you need Guaranteed Next Day Delivery please select this during Checkout and a charge of £6.95 will be added to your order. The package will need a signature on arrival please ensure there is someone there to sign for the parcel. UK only

Guarnteed Next Day Service (Mon-Fri)
This is charged at £6.95  your order will arrive by 5:30 PM the following day. Please note that all orders for this service MUST be recieved by 1PM to be guaranteed for the following day. Any orders later than this will be dispatched the following day. Please call to check as there are occassions if you place the order later than 1pm we can dispatch that day.  Please note any orders placed on Friday Royal Mail cannot guarantee a Next Day delivery. The package will need a signature on arrival please ensure there is someone there to sign for the parcel. UK only Please note the Scottish highlands this delivery can take 48 Hours to arrive.

Saturday Delivery
We can offer a delivery on Saturday if orders are placed on a Friday by 1pm. There will be a charge of £8.95 up to 1kg you will recieve your parcel by 1PM on Saturday UK only. Please note for heavier or bigger items it will be more but we will advise you of this at the time before we dispatch.

Europe & Worldwide
All orders to Europe and the rest of the world start at £18.00. If your parcel is heavier and the postage cost is higher we will inform you before dispatch for the difference to be paid. Please call or email us in advance so we can give you a cost before you place your order. We do not offer a next day service to Europe and Worldwide. Please allow at least 10 working days for your order to be delivered in some cases this may take longer due to custom hold ups. Again this is outside of our control

 When are Orders dispatched?
All orders are dispatched the same day if placed by 1PM on a working day if products are out of stock we will contact  you. Only Items that need personalisation we will turn these around within 24hrs. We will inform you if there will be any delay. If they are out of stock we will let you know via emails when the order will be dispatched.

Price Promise Guarantee
We are constantly monitoring our prices  so yo dont have to. If in the rare occassion you do find a an identical product that is being offered for a lower price on the web from any other Baby retailer, then simply email or call us and we will match the price. This is only valid for items that are not in any promotion or inconjunction with any other offer offered on a third party website.

Handling Complaints
We view complaints in a very positive manner as it gives us the opportunity to improve our standards. So please do not feel concerned about contacting us. Your comments will be welcomed and treated in confidence. We will acknowledge any complaint within 5 working days and indicate to you the timescale in which the problem will be resolved.

If you need to return an item.
If you are not entirely happy with any purchase from babyshowerhost.co.uk, we will be pleased to refund the purchase price. (Please note Postage Cost is non refundable). This is provided the items are returned to us undamaged, in full working order and in the same packaging unopened in which it was dispatched, within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please keep proof of posting in case goods are lost in the post.

Where free shipping applied on an order, the order will ONLY qualify for free shipping if the order is still above £55.00 threshold. Otherwise a charge of £3.95 will be made to cover for postage and packaging for remaining ordered items . As each transaction placed and refund undertaken incurs a charge from the card company and the processing company we will have to charge a fee £1.00 for any refunds undertaken.

Cancelling an Order?

If you need to cancel an order and it has not yet been dispatched a cost of £2.00 will be applied for transaction charges and handling the order put togeather. If the order has been dispatched and subsequently cancelled the postage will not not be refunded and a if any postage is incurred by us beacuse the items was sent back to us this will be also be applied to the order. This cost is £5.00 when a Courier company returns unwanted goods back to us during a weekday. weekends is £20

Simply email sales@babyshowerhost.co.uk together with the reference number of the order from your confirmation e-mail. Return the item back to our warehouse at the following address. (Please ensure you obtain proof of posting. A refund will be made to the purchaser's credit/debit card account):
