How much Do I pay For Delivery to the UK? We give you several options for delivery so you can decide the shipping option that suits you best: Free Delivery on Orders over £55.00: This is a second class service and can take up to 5 working days to arrive. However, we do TRY to get them out the same day for Next Day deliveries. Once we dispatch your order we are in the hands of third parties and cannot be held responsible for their services. Please note the courier companies will NOT call any telephone numbers when delivering parcels. Returns & Refund Policy:

1. Please return any unwanted items in their original packaging and send back to us at the following address:

2. Please obtain proof of postage.

3. Please include your invoice and a short reason for return.

4. Once we have the items back we will refund the money back on to your card

5. Email Confirmation will be sent to confirm refund has been done.

6. We cannot refund any Postage Cost or any personalisations.

7. If your order qualified for Free Delivery but after returning the goods the order value falls below the free delivery threshold we will charge £3.95 for the Delivery, which will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

8. Goods must be returned within 28 days of receiving the order

9. All returned items must be in their original packaging unopened and unused.
